Job Description: Scheduler III Location: Asheville, United States Start Date: 18 February 2026 Pay Rate: $52 Per Hour Job Description: As a Scheduler III based in Asheville, you will act as a senior recruitment consultant, responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews, meetings, and appointments for a busy team. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the team by managing their calendars and coordinating their schedules. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments for team members Manage calendars and schedules for team members Communicate with candidates, clients, and team members to coordinate schedules Provide administrative support to the team as needed Ensure all scheduling activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a scheduling or administrative role Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and scheduling software
