We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Production Print Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is responsible for helping our tenured sales team in identifying, developing, and closing opportunities for high-volume production print equipment and related workflow solutions. The ideal candidate is experienced in selling digital production print solutions and thrives in a consultative, solutions-oriented sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for production print solutions within in-plant, CRD, marketing, manufacturing and graphic arts environments.
- Overlay sales teams to drive and support Production Print Sales Opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct in-depth customer needs assessments, product presentations, equipment demonstrations, and workflow consultations.
- Develop and deliver proposals, quotes, and pricing to prospective clients.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through closing and post-sale follow-up.
- Collaborate with sales teams, service teams, and manufacturer partners to ensure successful installations and customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies in the production print space.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Limited travel - support branch locations in Charlotte, Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Raleigh, Wilmington and Swansboro NC. Preferred location for this employee would be Winston-Salem, Charlotte or Greensboro.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales; minimum 2–5 years in production print, digital presses, or graphic communication solutions preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital color and monochrome production print systems
- Familiarity with prepress, finishing, and workflow automation solutions is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a complex sales process.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

- Consultative sales approach with a focus on long-term customer value.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Comfort with on-site client visits, trade shows, and industry events.
