REMOTE EST - Sr. Full-Stack Developer (Back End Focus)

Job Description A large software and gaming company is looking for a REMOTE Sr. Full Stack Developer to join a Localization Engineering team. The ideal candidate is a strong backend focused full stack developer who thrives in large codebases and has a solid understanding of internationalization and localization practices. The person in this role will be working with other members of the localization team to -Design and implement automation tools to optimize localization pipelines. -Partner with engineering and localization teams to ensure international readiness of web content and applications. -Contribute to scalable, efficient workflows that improve translation accuracy and reduce manual effort. (this team is trying to localize assets in an automated way). -API Development & Integration experience -Automation and Testing experience for localization -Experience working in an Agile Environment -Experience working with CI/CD tools -Experience working with Slack, Jira, GitHub, Confluence -Experience writing strong documentation for future engineers to understand changes made and reasoning behind them. - Experience with AWS, especially DynamoDB and S3, Terraform -Proficiency with i18n Techniques (text direction, character encoding, locale aware formatting) -Knowledge of Localization Tools and Translation Management Systems -Fluency in Unix/Linux tooling, shell scripting and operating systems internal
