Marketing Communications Analyst
Our financial services client is looking for a Marketing Communications Analyst to work a 12-month role with a strong possibility to be extended. Candidates will work onsite in a hybrid basis (onsite Mon./Tues.) in Wilmington, DE but can work from home the remaining days (40 hrs/week).
Please note that this role may become fully onsite at some point, but per the manager, that likely won't happy until 2027 at the earliest.
The Marketing Delivery Analyst will be responsible will be responsible for analyzing credit card marketing material and indicate footnotes and legal disclosure language (including offers, premiums, conditions, limitations, program agreements, etc.) for marketing collateral (e.g. ads, emails, microsites) used in both print and digital marketing.
This is an analyst role and will be focused responsible for partnering with marketing, execution and legal teams to ensure collateral (e.g. ads, emails, microsites) has the appropriate legal footnotes / disclosures, keeping our firm compliant with regulation and
providing a good customer experience. Content indication is an important component of campaign lifecycle and this person will ensure highest standards of quality & efficiency in order to deliver best in class experiences for our customers and prospects. This person will identify opportunities to improve process, develop efficiencies, and deliver results, while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- Ability to operate in a process-oriented & fast paced environment, adhere to risk/control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what's best for the customer.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn is a must
- Bachelors Degree in marketing required
Ideal candidates would be able to do the following:
- Drive excellence through highest standards of quality, efficiency with regard to creative execution, production and file/asset management and incorporate best practices for manage our library of footnotes / legal disclosures.
- Be results-oriented with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate they are customer-obsessed by understanding the customer experience
Additional Skills:
- Experience with Marketing creatives and disclosure language, preferably in Financial Services
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Digital Asset Management software (i.e. Adobe Experience Manager/AEM)
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
