Intake Coordinator
Mental Health organization seeking a full time Qualified Professional to work within our Intake Department.
Duties include:- Managing referral calls.
- Conducting intake with clients.
- Entering information into Electronic Medical Record.
- Tracking referrals.
- Developing person centered plans.
Qualifications:
- Human Services with a 4-year degree in Human Services with at least 2 years of experience.
- Applicants should be skilled in developing person centered plans and be able to multitask.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
