As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production process, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. • Supervise daily production activities and manage a team of production workers.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
• Implement and enforce production schedules, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any production issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist in training new employees and fostering a positive work environment.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
