Associate Dentist – Near Charlotte, NC

Thriving private practice just 30–45 minutes east of Charlotte is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join their highly respected team.
What To Expect:
- $250,000–$300,000 income potential (initial guarantee + competitive % with no lab deductions)
- Immediate opportunity to take over a full schedule — $60,000–$80,000/month in production
- 50% fee-for-service, 50% in-network — less insurance pressure
- Modern office with CBCT and implant system
- 75–100 new patients/month and a 5-star Google rating
- Supportive, ethical environment — patients are treated like family

Who We’re Looking For:
A motivated, personable dentist who values honesty, quality care, and long-term relationships. Ideal for someone who wants clinical autonomy and potential partnership. At least one year of experience required. Must have a North Carolina dental license.
