Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with foundational QA experience who is ready to take ownership of day-to-day quality system activities, contribute to continuous improvement, and grow their career in a structured quality environment. The QA Specialist will support the maintenance and improvement of our quality management system (QMS), help resolve customer issues, and assist with internal and external audit activities. Responsibilities

Quality System Management

• Maintain and update quality system documentation including SOPs, work instructions, forms, and records
• Ensure controlled documents are current, accessible, and compliant with applicable standards
• Support the management of the document control system and assist in training staff on updated procedures
• Track and close corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) in a timely manner

Procedure Development & Improvement

• Draft, revise, and improve procedures and work instructions based on operational needs and audit findings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements
• Participate in root cause analysis activities and help implement corrective actions
