Office Assistant Manager

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support office staff in their daily administrative tasks, providing guidance and resources as needed.
- Coordinate office operations and procedures, ensuring an optimal workflow and positive working environment.
- Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new office staff, fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Manage office budgets, expenses, and supply inventory while ensuring cost-effective practices.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Facilitate communication across departments and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management, highlighting office performance metrics and improvement areas.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role, with a focus on team leadership.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with office management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
