Lead Director of Product (Remote)

Accountabilities
- Own the product roadmap and define what the team builds, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
- Operate as a player-coach by actively leading your team and engaging in day-to-day activities.
- Drive key product initiatives focused on automation and compliance solutions.
- Establish and define the operating model for the team to optimize performance and output.
- Champion the use of AI-assisted tools to enhance product development processes.
- Maintain a robust feedback loop with customers to validate product direction and improvements.
- Coordinate with core product teams to ensure seamless integration of initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management within enterprise B2B software.
- Proven track record of defining and shipping new products in early-stage environments.
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering teams, capable of translating requirements into actionable tasks.
- Exceptional customer engagement skills for leading discovery conversations.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments where independent initiative is crucial.
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent practical experience is a plus.
