  • Captures and documents progress toward accomplishing tasks, creating conditions, or achieving operational objectives at any point in time.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Extracts, restructures, and analyzes data from multiple sources—including CSV and delimited text formats—using intermediate to advanced Excel skills such as PivotTables and formulas.

  • Produces assessment products, including quarterly C2IE reports, weekly and monthly summaries, and ad hoc briefings for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Consolidates and refines data into clear, consumable reports and presentations tailored to diverse audiences ranging from technical teams to senior leadership.

  • Updates and maintains summary information, including tables, graphics, and trend analysis, ensuring accuracy and relevance for stakeholder consumption.

Research & Innovation

  • Develops and applies innovative assessment techniques grounded in social and behavioral science research to meet evolving program requirements.

  • Collects and synthesizes qualitative vignettes to support data interpretation and contextualize quantitative findings.

  • Demonstrates superior written communication skills by crafting meaningful narratives that integrate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable assessments.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Partners with stakeholders to ensure assessment products accurately reflect the operational environment and support mission objectives.

  • Engages with team members to clarify assumptions, refine methodologies, and enhance the effectiveness of internet-based social media programs.

  • Summarizes analytical results and presents findings in clear, actionable formats tailored for both general and senior leadership audiences.

  • Adheres to all legal, ethical, and regulatory guidelines throughout all assessment activities.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Intelligence Studies, or related field is required; Master’s degree preferred. Coursework or experience in research methods or statistics is highly desirable.

  • Experience: 5–7+ years of relevant analytic, research, or assessment experience; additional experience may be substituted for education and vice versa.
