Your New Role

You’ll take the lead on residential HVAC system installations across Raleigh, NC and the surrounding areas . This means being the face of quality and professionalism on every jobsite, supporting your crew, and delivering 5-star experiences to homeowners from start to finish.

• Lead full HVAC system installs in residential homes—start to finish

• Mentor junior installers and help shape the future of the trade

• Troubleshoot installation issues and find smart, efficient solutions

• Work closely with homeowners to ensure every install exceeds expectations

• Maintain jobsite safety, quality, and compliance with local codes

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation

• Proven lead technician experience on install crews

• Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and modern install techniques

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• EPA certification
