Are you a passionate Physical Therapist looking to take your career to the next level? Venza Care is seeking a dedicated PT to join our dynamic rehabilitation team in Concord, NC. This is your opportunity to lead, inspire, and transform lives in a supportive skilled nursing environment.
Pay:
- $42.00 - $50.00/hour based on experience

What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and oversee PTA interventions
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Mentor and guide therapy staff
What We’re Looking For:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state PT license
- 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)
- Strong clinical and leadership skills
- Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation
