Group Fitness Instructor
Job Posting: Group Fitness Instructor at 15 to Fit Method™ Pilates
Job Description:
15 to Fit Method™ Pilates is currently seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to join our team. This Full-Time position is ideal for individuals passionate about fitness and looking to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. Please note that this job is Not a Remote Job.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead group fitness classes following the 15 to Fit Method™ Pilates guidelines
- Create and execute dynamic and engaging workout routines
- Provide guidance and support to clients during classes
- Maintain a safe and clean workout environment
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
- Certification in Group Fitness Instruction or related field
- Previous experience leading group fitness classes
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others
- Knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology
- Ability to modify exercises for different fitness levels
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals
