Pay : $17/hour

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime

Job Description

Join a dedicated team that specializes in crafting trophies and plaques to honor achievements. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders to pick items accurately by matching location and item numbers.
• Utilize a pick order sheet to locate and retrieve items without the use of RF scanners.
• Occasionally use the company computer to look up locations or orders.
• Handle up to 100 orders a day during peak seasons, requiring constant standing and movement.
• Use ladders to retrieve items from higher shelves and handle weights between 15-30 lbs consistently.
• Pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Operate a walkie rider for accessing higher shelves and must be comfortable with heights and being trained for safe operation.

Essential Skills

• Experience in packing, inventory management, and order picking.
• Basic warehouse and production experience.
• Reliable and solid work ethic.
• Ability to stand on feet all day.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in warehouse production and order picking.

Work Environment

The work takes place in a non-climate-controlled warehouse as large as a Burlington Coat Factory. The role involves standing and moving throughout the day in a dynamic and bustling environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
