We are seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to lead our field operations team and play a critical role in the successful execution of commercial construction projects. This position offers the opportunity to lead talented crews, influence project success, and help shape the future growth of our organization.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Leadership That Makes a Difference
- Lead, mentor, and develop Lead Foremen, Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, and Subcontractors.
- Build and maintain a high-performing field team focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top field talent.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Driving Project Success
- Oversee field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, customers, and office staff to achieve project goals.
- Monitor labor productivity and job performance while proactively addressing challenges.
- Conduct site visits, project planning, and readiness reviews prior to project startup.
- Provide accurate completion percentages and labor reporting to support project forecasting and billing.
Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences
- Serve as a trusted partner to customers, ensuring expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Build strong working relationships with general contractors, owners, and project stakeholders.
- Resolve field issues professionally and efficiently.
Championing Safety & Quality
- Lead by example and enforce all company safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure projects are completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and company standards.
- Train crews on best practices, installation methods, and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain accountability for company tools, equipment, and materials.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
✔ Previous Superintendent experience in commercial construction
✔ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience installing specialty acoustical ceiling systems
✔ Experience leading crews of 20+ employees
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
✔ Proven ability to manage labor budgets and drive profitable project outcomes
✔ Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
✔ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
✔ High level of professionalism, accountability, and customer service
✔ High school diploma or equivalent
✔ Ability to pass background screenings required for secure facilities
Preferred Qualifications
✔ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
✔ Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Physical & Work Environment
This position is primarily field-based and requires travel between jobsites. Work may be performed in a variety of weather conditions and construction environments. Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform the physical activities associated with active construction sites.
