Position Overview Urban Park Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Charlotte team. This role focuses on developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the company's urban support and parking management services. Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities within the local market * Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients * Present company services and explain service offerings to potential customers * Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner * Prepare quotes and assist with service agreements * Collaborate with operations teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * Previous sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar software * Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Compensation & Benefits * Salary: $21 – $31 per hour * Flexible scheduling options * Paid training * Opportunities for growth * Supportive team environment
