- Agile Leadership & Delivery
- Serve as the Release Train Engineer / Lead Scrum Master for a product area supporting multiple agile teams
- Facilitate team‑level Scrum execution while operating at the product‑area level with product partners
- Enable delivery planning, execution, and dependency management across multiple teams
- Remove systemic and cross‑team impediments impacting delivery flow
- Support resource and capacity adjustments when delivery needs shift
