Construction Management Professional Associate

We are seeking a Construction Management Professional Associate to work in Cary, NC and various unanticipated worksites in the US.
In this role, you will:
Assist in overseeing day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols. Monitor and enforce compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), cleanroom protocols, and other life sciences-specific standards. Conduct daily site walks to assess progress, identify risks, and ensure quality control. Interface with clients, design teams, and consultants to align construction activities with project goals and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and timely documentation including RFIs, submittals, daily field reports, punch lists, and change orders. Support the development and maintenance of detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project. Assist in cost tracking, forecasting, and budget reconciliation in collaboration with project controls teams. Help manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services in alignment with project timelines. Support QA/QC inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly. Collaborate with EH&S (Environmental Health & Safety) teams to maintain compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety standards. Enforce site safety protocols and participate in safety audits and toolbox talks.

REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a master's degree or foreign equivalent in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field and 2 years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation in commercial construction.
As an alternative, employer will accept, a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation in commercial construction.
SPECIFIC SKILLS: Expertise and knowledge of: Construction processes, project documentation, and compliance standards (e.g., FDA, ISO). GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), cleanroom protocols, and other life sciences-specific standards. Project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project. Manage subcontractors, coordinate field activities, and support project execution from preconstruction through closeout. Budgeting, cost tracking, and change order management. OSHA 30 certification.

The base salary range for this position is $125,653.00 to $126,700.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
