Garment Presser
Join Shores Fine Dry Cleaning, a leading provider of dry cleaning and laundry services, as a Dry Cleaning Presser. Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain various press machines used in the dry cleaning process
- Inspect garments for cleanliness and absence of stains or damages before pressing
- Use steam, heat, and pressure to press and shape garments according to customer requests
- Ensure garments meet our high-quality standards
- Handle garments with care to prevent damages or wrinkles
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications
- Experience with various press machines and equipment used in the dry cleaning process
- Ability to read and interpret customer requests and follow specific instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours
Compensation
The position offers a competitive pay of $12-$15 per hour , depending on experience.
