About the role

The Manufacturing Documentation Specialist ensures full CGMP and regulatory compliance by reviewing and maintaining critical manufacturing documentation. Acting as a key liaison across packaging, bulk manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory, and data inquiry teams, this role keeps information flowing accurately and efficiently. With strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality, the Specialist manages complex documentation in a fast paced environment, ensuring clean records, smooth communication, and timely issue resolution. Through meticulous data review and proactive support, this position strengthens operational efficiency and safeguards regulatory integrity.

Your responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate, compliant technical documentation by reviewing, validating, and ensuring adherence to CGMP, GMP, regulatory, and quality requirements.
• Utilize SAP, Veeva, Microsoft Office, and other business systems effectively to support documentation processes, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with packaging, bulk, supply chain, regulatory, and quality teams to improve communication, streamline documentation workflows, reduce delays, and ensure data accuracy.
• Prioritize and coordinate workload to meet deadlines, identify documentation gaps, support continuous improvement initiatives, and communicate professionally with stakeholders.
• Adhere to all HSE and site safety requirements, promptly report safety or quality concerns, and support investigations, root cause analyses, CAPAs, and corrective actions while working safely in environments with shellfish-derived allergens.

The experience we're looking for

• High School Diploma with 5+ years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree.

• Packaging experience in vitamin, food, chemical, or pharmaceutical environments.

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP and Quality Systems preferred.

• Strong communication skills, ability to prioritize, multitask, meet deadlines and work collaboratively.

• Solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.

US salary ranges

Hiring range up to $38 per hour depending on experience

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
