Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between Sales Team & Factory to assist existing accounts through proactive engagement, understanding customer needs and managing the process of the full range of products, including elements, systems, and materials.
• Manage and drive the sales process from order placement, production, and delivery. This includes conducting needs analysis, providing technical recommendations, developing detailed and accurate quotes, and following up on all customer communications.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, production, and technical support teams to provide customers with accurate and timely information. Possess a solid understanding of products
• Maintain a high level of data integrity in ERP system. Accurately log all activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress to ensure clear communication and reporting.
• Create and manage technical and commercial proposals. Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
