Remote Itinerary Coordinator

What You'll Do
- Connect with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and goals
- Organize schedules, confirmations, and important details with accuracy
- Provide clear, timely updates and professional support throughout the process
- Ensure every detail is handled thoughtfully to create a polished client experience
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a natural attention to detail
- An organized, proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Customer service, coordination, or planning experience (helpful but not required)
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
- Tech-comfortable and eager to learn
- Must be a citizen or authorized to work in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Australia, LATAM, or Spain.
