Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year A bit about us: Seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager specializing in Geotechnical Construction to join our esteemed organization. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the construction industry, particularly in the prefabricated metal building sector. You will be responsible for overseeing all geotechnical construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional project management skills, a deep understanding of geotechnical construction, and a proven track record of successful project completion. Opportunity to be part of a dynamic team Job Details Responsibilities: As a Permanent Project Manager in Geotechnical Construction, you will: 1. Manage and oversee all aspects of geotechnical construction projects from initial planning to completion.
2. Operate drilling rigs and set up drills for construction projects, ensuring safety and efficiency at all times.
3. Utilize your knowledge of casing, down hole hammer, and hollow bar in the execution of projects.
4. Prepare detailed schematics and project schedules, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project progress.
5. Monitor project progress continuously, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions promptly.
6. Oversee the construction process, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard and complies with all relevant regulations and standards.
7. Manage relationships with subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with the project objectives and standards.
8. Use your mechanical skills to troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
9. Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to project management. Qualifications: To be considered for the role of Permanent Project Manager in Geotechnical Construction, you must have: 1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a specific focus on geotechnical construction.
2. Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project completion.
3. Strong mechanical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
4. Experience in operating drilling rigs and setting up drills.
5. Familiarity with casing, down hole hammer, and hollow bar.
6. Experience in construction management, site management, and subcontractor management.
7. Strong knowledge of the prefabricated metal building industry.
8. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
9. The ability to prepare detailed schematics and project schedules.
10. Proven ability to monitor projects and implement solutions to potential issues promptly.
