• Incorporating Montessori or other child-centered approaches into daily instruction

• Promoting early literacy through storytelling, reading, and language-rich activities

• Supporting early math concepts through hands-on learning and play

• Managing classroom behavior effectively and compassionately

Who You Are
You're an educator who brings both heart and skill to the classroom. Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience working with young children in a structured educational setting

• A solid understanding of early childhood development and child welfare best practices

• The ability to inspire, guide, and motivate young learners

• Knowledge of toddler milestones and early learning strategies

• Strong classroom management and organizational abilities
