JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

Registered Nurse – Telemetry - Travel - (Tele RN) StartDate: 9/2/2025 Available Shifts: 12 D Pay Rate: $1356.37 - $1494.77 The Registered Nurse/CPN functions in the physician office or ambulatory care practice to provide nursing services in the office setting and/or via telephone assessment and triage. The RN maintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the ages, developmental stages, and special needs of the patients served. The RN provides supervision and leadership as appropriate within the clinical environment. Required Qualifications 1. NC or compact RN license (#, expiration)

2. BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

3. Must Add last 4 to Vendor Candidate ID field in PF or file will be declined. 4. 2 refs from within the past 12 mo. no exceptions
