Facilities and Equipment Reliability Specialist

We’re looking for a Facilities and Equipment Reliability Specialist who loves keeping machines humming, facilities safe, and teams productive. You’ll blend electrical savvy with mechanical know-how to prevent downtime and elevate performance across our operation.

Salary commensurate with experience.

What will you take on?

• Design and carry out preventive maintenance plans for diverse machinery.
• Jump in on heavy equipment repairs and thorough troubleshooting when issues arise.
• Own facility maintenance to ensure a safe, efficient workspace.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems at 120/208/240/480 volts.
• Perform mechanical diagnostics to quickly isolate and resolve equipment issues.
• Assess engine performance and drivability to keep assets operating at spec.
• Lead machine safety inspections to maintain compliance.
• Use basic computer tools to log work, track PMs, and report findings.
• Service packaging machines, wrapping machines, and HVAC systems.
• Repair refrigeration/cooling systems plus plastics equipment: injection molding, extrusion, and die-cast machines.
• Operate/maintain gear machinery, forklifts, paint sprayers, sliding table saws, band saws, and belt sanders.

What do you need to succeed?

• Proven background in facilities maintenance and equipment repair.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics skills.
• Solid mechanical troubleshooting with emphasis on engine performance.
• Comfort working with 120/208/240/480V systems.
• Experience with packaging and wrapping machines, plus HVAC.
• Knowledge of refrigeration/cooling and machinery such as injection molding, extrusion, and die-cast.
• Basic computer proficiency for maintenance documentation and tracking.
• Ability to thrive both independently and within a team, even when it’s fast-paced.
• Uncompromising attention to detail and safety.
