l Proficiency in PeopleTools : Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Data Mover, and Security setup.
l Experience with PeopleSoft HR modules : HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Employee Self-Service.
l Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL .
l Familiarity with PeopleSoft Reporting Tools : Query, BI Publisher.
l Experience with PeopleSoft Test Framework is a plus.
l Minimum 5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HR applications and PeopleTools development .
l Proven background as a PeopleSoft programmer or developer in enterprise-level environments.
l Prior experience working with Clemson University or similar higher education institutions.
Position Overview:The Client is seeking a PeopleSoft Technical Support Engineer Consultant to provide legacy system support during an ongoing ERP implementation. This remote opportunity is ideal for an experienced PeopleSoft developer with deep technical and functional knowledge of the HR module and strong hands-on skills with PeopleTools and Oracle SQL. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and modifying PeopleSoft applications and supporting system users across various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:l Serve as a technical analyst for moderately complex systems and applications within the PeopleSoft environment.
l Design, code, test, document, and troubleshoot moderately complex programs and modifications based on customer requirements.
l Lead the analysis of business requirements and design corresponding technical solutions.
l Coordinate user communication, application testing, and migration activities.
l Provide training and documentation for modified applications and subsystems.
l Prepare progress reports and resource estimates for management and business stakeholders.
l Ensure timely and accurate delivery aligned with departmental and project standards.
Education :l Bachelor's degree in Computing, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
