  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other production equipment safely to move materials and finished products.
  • Follow and uphold all SOPs, GMPs, and safety standards at all times while working around chemical, food, or flavor products.
  • Support general production, compounding, blending, and warehouse activities as needed to meet production schedules.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including a respirator when necessary, and report any safety concerns promptly.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance batching accuracy, efficiency, and product quality.

Essential Skills

  • Experience following formulas, SOPs, and GMP standards in a production setting.
  • Ability to safely handle chemical, flavor, or food manufacturing materials.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and push or pull up to 200 lbs with assistance.
  • Ability to perform standing, bending, repetitive motions, and stair climbing throughout the shift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with compounding, blending, and batch mixing in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in food manufacturing, chemical mixing, chemical operation, or chemical manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with batch mixers and other production equipment used for liquid and powder formulations.
  • Comfort working with SOP-driven processes and maintaining detailed production records.
  • Basic understanding of chemistry or ingredient functionality in a production context is beneficial.

Work Environment

This position operates in a warehouse and manufacturing environment with active production lines and material handling equipment. You will regularly work around forklifts, pallet jacks, batch mixers, and other production machinery, with exposure to noise, vibration, and moving equipment.
