This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in HVAC services, as the role offers extensive training and the potential for career growth into an install/service technician position. **Responsibilities** + Assist seasoned HVAC installers with the installation of heaters, boilers, and furnaces. + Ensure installations meet the required safety standards and specifications. + Collaborate with team members to complete installation projects efficiently. + Participate in training sessions to enhance installation skills and knowledge. **Essential Skills** + Degree in HVAC or a related field from a technical college, or a diploma/certificate in HVAC. + Minimum of 1+ years of experience in HVAC installations. + Proficiency in working with HVAC systems, including boilers and furnaces. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in commercial HVAC installations is a plus. + A degree in Facilities Maintenance from a technical college is advantageous. + 2+ years of recent experience in the HVAC field without a degree is acceptable. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values continuous learning and professional growth.
