Financial Advisor

Description We are looking for a dedicated Client Services Representative our team in Greenville, South Carolina. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding client experiences while managing a range of financial services and administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment and is committed to providing personalized, high-quality support. Responsibilities: - Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, providing detailed information on financial products and services. - Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive and personalized communication. - Guide new clients through the onboarding process to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience. - Oversee client transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, account updates, and balance inquiries. - Partner with financial advisors to ensure client activities align with their financial strategies and goals. - Maintain accurate and current client records - Follow up on pending client requests to ensure timely and complete resolutions. Requirements - Proven experience in client services, preferably within the financial sector. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships. - Familiarity with financial processes such as wire transfers, rollovers, and account updates. - Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for record management. - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. - Ability to work collaboratively with team members and financial advisors. - Knowledge of confidentiality and security protocols for handling sensitive client information. - Adept at using Microsoft Office Suite and preparing client-facing materials.
