Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care under the supervision of the supervising nurse
- Administer medications and monitor responses per the plan of care
- Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and changes in resident condition; escalate as needed
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility; promote safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and participate in care planning and rounds
- Uphold infection control practices and observe safety standards in a long-term care setting

Requirements
- Active North Carolina LPN license (or compact) in good standing
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of geriatric/LTC LPN experience
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to work in a long-term care environment in Robbinsville, NC
