As our commercial pipeline grows, we are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to lead our commercial jobs from initial hand-off to final closeout.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Commercial Project Manager prefer 2+ years of experience prefer within the commercial glass, glazing, or architectural metals industry. In this role, you will lead the execution of multiple commercial projects, managing budgets, procurement, and field coordination. You must be highly organized, comfortable navigating GC relationships, and highly proficient in managing project tracking using Microsoft Excel and Word and Smartsheet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial Project Execution: Manage multiple commercial glazing projects (storefronts, curtain walls, window walls, and heavy glass) from hand-off to punch list completion.
• GC Coordination: Serve as the primary contact for General Contractors and architects; attend progress meetings and coordinate field schedules.
• Material Procurement & Submittals: Oversee quantity takeoffs, handle glass and metal procurement, and track vendor lead times to keep jobs on schedule.
• Project Documentation: Use Microsoft Word and Excel daily to write, update, and manage project schedules, material trackers, RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
• Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, track labor costs, and prepare change order pricing to ensure target profitability is met.
• Field Leadership: Partner with field superintendents and crews to ensure installations match approved shop drawings, meet quality standards, and strictly follow safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
• Software Proficiency: Strong, daily hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Excel (for budgeting, material tracking, and data organization) and Microsoft Word (for contracts, correspondence, and RFIs).
• Blueprint Literacy: Proven ability to read, interpret, and work directly from architectural blueprints, shop drawings, and structural specifications.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to professionally interface with general contractors, vendors, and internal field teams.
• Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for site visits around the regional area.
