Experienced Landscaping Maintenance Crew Member

Responsibilities
- Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure well-manicured landscapes.
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed to promote the health and appearance of client properties.
- Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and to company standards.
- Communicate professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in lawn maintenance (required).
- Valid Driver's License (required).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on the job site.
- Professional demeanor and effective communication skills.
Compensation
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
