Cowboy Coating, a fast-growing luxury detailing shop in Mooresville, NC, is looking for a skilled and motivated Detail Shop Manager to lead our in-shop operations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage daily shop activities while continuing to deliver showroom-quality results on high-end vehicles.
Position Details
- Start Date: October 6th, 2025
- Pay: $1,000 – $1,500 per week
- Bonus: 50% of all upsells + tips
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional details, paint corrections, and ceramic coating installations.
- Operate and train others on rotaries, dual-action polishers, and advanced tools.
- Order supplies and keep the shop running efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every client.
- Help grow the business by upselling services and maintaining quality standards.
Requirements:
- Several years of hands-on detailing experience.
- Proficiency with rotaries, polishers, multi-stage paint correction.
- Experience applying ceramic coatings.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage a shop environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
