What success looks like
You’re a hands‑on problem solver who thrives in a dynamic service environment. You communicate clearly, collaborate across teams, and hold yourself to exacting standards. You prefer clean setups, precise measurements, and parts that pass inspection the first time.

- Apply algebra, geometry, and shop math to calculate dimensions, tolerances, and fits.
- Use precision measuring tools—micrometers, vernier calipers, surface gauges, and dial indicators—to verify specifications.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards while meeting quality and throughput goals.
Qualifications
- Trade school/community college credential; or 2 years related experience/training; or equivalent combination.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures plus company, customer, and governmental specifications and regulations.

- Effective communicator with the ability to present information and answer questions from managers and peers.
