Assistant Manager
Tired of your corporate or country club gig? We have an exciting opportunity for you to work directly for the owners of the most iconic pub in Charlotte. This 35 year old institution is looking for that special person who will help us to lead the team at Selwyn Pub. This position is for the person who enjoys engaging with both customers and employees. In fact, there are no forms, spreadsheets or back office; this is an employee and customer facing job. The ideal candidate needs strong leadership skills, common sense, and a commitment to serving our customers. 3+ years of front of house management experience preferred. This salaried full time 50 hour position is composed of weekends and night shifts. Unlike many in our industry, we do pay weekly, include a health benefit, and two weeks vacation. You will also be scheduled for two consecutive days off weekly. There is no complicated management structure- you will report directly to the owner/operator. Come join our team at Selwyn Pub!
