Operator (Asheboro)
TRC is hiring for a Machine Operator for a client located in Asheboro, NC!
What You Get:
- Temp-to-hire opportunity
- $18-24/hour, DOE
- Climate controlled environment
- Work schedule 7:30pm-7:30am , 2,2,3 work schedule
- abiltiy to push a pallet jack
- move 50lb boxes
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Set up and run print presses based on job specifications
- Conduct quality checks and measurements
- Mix and dispense inks, prepare materials, and scan components
- Clean and maintain presses and equipment
- Mentor entry-level operators and troubleshoot issues
- Follow safety and operational procedures
What We Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of flexo press operating experience
- Strong coaching, technical, and troubleshooting skills
- Solid mechanical aptitude with ability to set up, operate, and maintain print presses
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and quality-focused
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Reliable, flexible, and available for scheduled and unscheduled shifts, when needed
- Eager to learn the full manufacturing process with potential for career growth
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience on a W&H Novoflex press
- experience in Printing environment
