What You'll Do
As an Assistant Service Manager, you'll help keep our branch running efficiently while serving as a key leader for both customers and technicians.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate daily workflow and service schedules
- Serve as the primary communication link between customers, technicians, and internal teams
- Monitor service progress and ensure customers stay informed
- Help maintain operational efficiency and high-quality service standards
- Support branch leadership with planning, organization, and problem-solving
- Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and exceptional service
- Learn and develop leadership skills that prepare you for future growth opportunities within the company

Preferred Qualifications
- College experience or a bachelor's degree highly preferred
- Previous leadership, customer service, operations, or management experience is a plus
- Experience coordinating projects, schedules, teams, or customer relationships is beneficial
- Automotive or transportation experience is helpful but not required
