Main Responsibilities of a Sous Chef:

Working Stations

Helping to coach and mentor staff

Maintaining a positive attitude under stress

The ideal candidate will have previous kitchen management experience, multiple years of line cook experience working in scratch kitchen and excellent communication skills. Preference for this position will be given to those with a formal culinary education.\u2028
