Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Depot Technician I opening for our client in Durham, NC.

ocation: Durham, NC
Duration: 12+ months, with possibility for extension

Duties:

• Diagnose and repair point-of-sale computer equipment from various manufacturers, including printers, displays, and system units

• Use host-based systems to report work performed and parts used

• Maintain accurate records and perform high-quality repair work

• Train new staff on system-based tasks and repair procedures

• Perform pick/pack/ship duties to meet customer part orders

• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment

• Restock inventory and perform basic work area maintenance

• Follow all safety procedures and demonstrate strong teamwork

Skills:

• Ability to perform electronics repair or assembly using hand tools

• Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities

• General computer proficiency and process-driven mindset

• Ability to perform consistent, high-quality work in a fast-paced team environment

• Capable of working accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in electronics repair or assembly

• Preferred: Prior experience working in a computer hardware repair environment

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
