Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Production Associate to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is essential to maintaining efficient production processes and ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished goods onto production lines or machinery
- Assist with product assembly, sorting, and processing based on instructions and blueprints
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Package completed products, label appropriately, and prepare for storage or shipment
- Monitor equipment during operation and report any issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying conditions (noise, dust, temperature changes)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Schedule
- Part-time
- Monday–Friday
Pay
- Compensation is based on experience
