Corporate Tax Manager
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager. This position will be functioning as hybrid in the Burlington, MA area. Overview: We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to lead our global income tax accounting and reporting processes. In this high-impact role, you will oversee the global ASC 740 tax provision, ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, and collaborate across departments to drive accuracy, efficiency, and strategic insight. - Lead the global ASC 740 tax provision process, including planning, forecasting, calculation, and reporting
- Partner with internal teams and external auditors on tax reporting and disclosures
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of global tax accounting processes
- Lead automation and technology initiatives
- Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Technical Accounting to align tax strategies with business goals
- Provide tax accounting insights on business transactions, M&A activity, and regulatory developments
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that impact global tax operations
- Public combo (preferably Big 4)
- Must be coming out of a domestic based, large multinational company
- ASC 740 tax provision required
- OneSource Tax Provision systems experience required
- CPA or MST preferred
