Responsibilities * Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance. * Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. * Build positive customer relationships through exceptional service. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activities. * Support customer satisfaction and retention initiatives. * Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals. * Follow company customer service policies and procedures. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. * Positive attitude and professional demeanor. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented. * Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
