Senior Account Executive
Audacy Greensboro is seeking a dynamic, top-tier sales professional to manage and build upon an active, established, and billing account list. This is a rare, prime opportunity for a proven media and digital sales hitter to maximize their strong earning potential.

Audacy offers an attractive base salary, bonus compensation, plus commissions that reward exceeding quota attainment.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Manage the needs and success of existing customers, ensuring every campaign is performing to its top potential for client success. In addition, a constant regime of client development by networking and prospecting businesses to provide integrated marketing solutions.
- Responsible for exceeding sales budget and collection of sold accounts.
- Maintain account lists while soliciting new business.
- Prepare promotional plans, sales literature, and advertising proposals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing top quality service.
- Investigate and resolve customer problems.
- Communicate with other departments to assure quality service in placing orders and arranging promotional events.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and client remotes.
- Performs all other tasks perceived, assigned, and/or required that contribute to the smooth running of the department and to the achievement of departmental and station goals.

- Industry Knowledge: Thorough understanding of advertising and marketing, especially digital (required), audio, and interactive platforms.
- Creative & Strategic Mindset: A creative mind to put together unique campaigns focused on solving client needs, combined with strong problem-solving skills to identify an opportunity in every challenge.
- Relationships: An array of successful business relationships to speak proudly about.
- Core Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive problem solver, tenacious, adaptable, detail-oriented, and money-motivated.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in the Google and Salesforce ecosystem is a strong plus.

Required & Preferred:
Only candidates demonstrating successful media & digital marketing experience will be considered.
A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
