Marketing Content Coordinator

Dear Amazing Content Creator,

Hi there! We’re Dakno Marketing, a real estate marketing company, and we're looking for someone who can produce the kind of content that would make HGTV jealous! You see, we think content creation is much more than just words on a screen. Sure, we need a detail oriented grammar stickler (the type of person who's probably already found over a dozen mistakes in this job posting). BUT, we're also looking for the person who sees writing as "content design"—someone who understands that layout, structure, and visuals are just as important as the copy. To us, that's someone who can wed marketing objectives with both form and function, someone who understands the art of persuasion, someone who can use a variety of their skills to hold a readers attention, and someone who is cringing right now at this run-on sentence.

To be able to pull off this job, you'll need a variety of skills. Now, we realize you may not check off every box—and that's okay, provided you're the type who loves taking on new challenges and is willing to put some "sweat equity" into building your skills. We also have an amazing team who loves helping each other, so you'll have plenty of support along with opportunities to learn and collaborate. And don't worry, we're not asking for expert level skills in coding, design, etc. We already have some crazy talented designers and coders who specialize in their own crafts. But, having a solid baseline in these areas helps with collaboration and allows you to give them a solid baseline to work from.
