At Hunter Collision Center, we're looking for a Collision Center Estimator who thrives on excitement, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys the challenge of assessing vehicle damage and delivering top-notch customer service.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Inspect and Assess: You'll evaluate damaged vehicles and provide accurate damage estimates, ensuring that no detail is overlooked
- Work with Experts: Collaborate with our skilled technicians and adjusters to ensure the repair process goes smoothly
- Customer Interaction: Build relationships with customers, explaining the estimate and repair process with confidence and clarity
- Problem-Solving: Use your expertise to identify solutions that benefit both the customer and the business
- Fast-Paced Environment: Keep up with a busy schedule, providing efficient and accurate assessments without compromising on quality
Who You Are:
- Detail-Oriented: You notice the little things that others might miss and make sure your estimates are spot on
- Friendly & Communicative: You're a great communicator, ready to explain complex concepts in a simple, approachable way
- Car Enthusiast: If you love cars and have a passion for collision repair, you're in the right place
- Experienced: Previous experience in estimating, body repair, or automotive is required
- Organized: Youre able to juggle multiple estimates while keeping everything running smoothly
