Core Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance across production machines, facility services, and conveyor systems to ensure reliable operations.
• Identify faults by observing running equipment, listening for anomalies, and leveraging precision metrology and test gear.
• Install, align, and maintain electrical infrastructure: motors, wiring, switches, switchboards, and associated controls.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions rapidly to avert downtime.
• Tear down, repair, and reassemble machinery; determine and execute the right corrective actions.
• Record work performed and findings through thorough mechanical maintenance shift reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience with automated production equipment and maintenance methods.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, manufacturer specs, and electrical schematics.
• Proficiency using precision gauges, multimeters, and basic machine shop equipment.
• Ability to stand/walk for a full 12-hour shift.
• Completion of 24/40-hour HAZWOPER training; medically qualified to wear a respirator.
• Lift capability: 45 lbs. individually; 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to pass spirometry for respirator fit testing.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, HAZWOPER, ISO14001.

Compensation & Benefits
