JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides administrative support to audit teams through various administrative audit tasks
- Performs data entry to support audits
- Organizes audit data
- Organizes and files claims
- Packages claims
- Tracks audit tasks
- Runs reports
- Works with claims management system to track and maintain vendor compliance
- Reviews data and correspondence for accuracy
- Assists audit operations as requested
- May write and manage claims
- Manages total balance due from suppliers
- Corresponds with supplier/vendor for any question or explanation required
- Corresponds directly with vendor as requested by audit staff
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:
· Computer literate with confident PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft applications: Excel, Word & Outlook.
· Access database experience preferable but not essential.
· Accounting Experience - Accounts Payable / Receivable preferable but not essential.

Data Analysis
- Can run data queries out of respective tool
- Reviews client information including contracts, invoices, purchase orders, shipping documents, and other documentation to identify potential audit opportunities
- Analyses and performs audit on standard data sets to identify inconsistencies and formulate workable solutions
- Compiles structured data from raw data independently
Problem identification & Resolution
- Spots critical errors others have overlooked
- Looks at new angles to solve routine problems
Claim Production & Quality
- Assembles claims with the appropriate supporting backup
- Able to multi-task while performing routine work
- May review/quality check work of peers/other L1
- Able to answer some questions for L1 new hires and/or peers
- Understands how work impacts revenue and profit
Client & Supplier Management
- May engage in discussions with supplier/vendor regarding missing information or provide backup
- Assists with buyer, contract and document pulls as required
- Manages claims in claims management tool through the approval process as directed by the auditors or audit management
