We are looking for a meticulous and organized File Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Winston Salem, North Carolina. In this role, you will play a key part in managing document organization, both physical and electronic, ensuring that records are accurately maintained and accessible.

Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain physical files, ensuring all documents are properly labeled and stored.
• Scan paper files into digital formats, ensuring high-quality electronic records.
• Handle file boxes efficiently, transporting and organizing them as needed.
• Perform electronic filing tasks to keep digital records up-to-date and accessible.
• Ensure compliance with document handling and storage procedures.
• Assist in retrieving files and information upon request.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline filing processes and improve overall efficiency.• Previous experience in paper filing and document organization.
• Proficiency in scanning documents and managing digital filing systems.
• Ability to handle file boxes and transport physical records safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with e-filing systems and electronic document management.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive documents.
